Equality & Diversity at Camden Jobtrain

Camden Jobtrain really believes in the promotion of equality of opportunity in all of its practices. This ranges from how we select the staff we employ through to analyzing carefully what could be done to help remove any barriers that might stand in the way of a young person's ability to perform to their full potential.

Jobtrain was founded upon the key principle of wanting to create a society where all young people are able to perform effectively as members of tomorrow's workforce regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion. In two out of our last four inspections we were given a grading of Outstanding (Grade 1) for Equality and Diversity. This puts us in the top 5% of Training Providers.
