Volunteering at Camden Jobtrain

Camden Jobtrain is a pleased to be part of Camden's the voluntary sector. This means that as a charity the whole business is geared around the needs of our users and not on making money for anyone. 'Users' cover not just the young people we train but also their parents or carers and the employers we engage who provide placements.

All of our Board of Trustees are volunteers and Jobtrain engages volunteers to support the work of paid staff in a variety of different settings including class/workshop support and helping out with admin.

Most importantly Jobtrain provides a volunteering opportunity for every 16 to 18 year old as part of their FL programme. The range of placements we use are numerous and diverse and include; Street League, City Guides, Groundwork etc Learners can, of course, find their own volunteering placement too.

If you are interested in volunteering at Camden Jobtrain or you are an organisation which serves the community and can offer an opportunity for a young person to volunteer please contact us on 0207 284 8000.
