At Camden Jobtrain we pride ourselves on being a good employer, indeed this is one of our objectives within our Strategic Business Plan because if we treat our staff well then this encourages them to give the best possible service to our learners.
We currently employ 35 staff, most work in small teams across our three sites. Staff enjoy the opportunity to develop their skills as professionals in an atmosphere of trust and support. Since the contribution our staff make to the long term well being of our learners is vital we are always keen to make sure that the people we employ share our philosophy.
